However, in the event of any conflict between these Terms and any signed agreement, service contract, fuel agreement, maintenance agreement, installation contract, or other written contract between a customer and Yankee Oil, Inc., the terms of the signed written agreement shall control and prevail.

Any individual customer agreement supersedes and replaces conflicting provisions contained on this website.

3. Services

Yankee Oil, Inc. provides the following services, including but not limited to:

• Heating oil delivery

• Propane delivery

• HVAC system installation and service

• Gas insert installation

• Heat pump installation and service

• Mini-split systems

• Air conditioning installation and service

• Heat and hot water system service

• Oil tank installation, replacement, and related services

All services are subject to availability and may require agreements, service plans, or written estimates.

4. Fuel Delivery Terms

Automatic Delivery

Customers enrolled in automatic delivery agree to maintain safe and accessible tank conditions. Delivery schedules are based on usage patterns and may vary due to weather, demand, or supply conditions.

Will-Call Delivery

Customers selecting will-call service are responsible for monitoring fuel levels and requesting delivery in a timely manner. Yankee Oil, Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from running out of fuel.

5. Installation & Service Work

For HVAC systems, oil tanks, propane systems, and related equipment:

• Estimates are based on initial site evaluation.

• Additional costs may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered.

• Permits, inspections, and code compliance requirements may affect timelines.

• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas.

We strive to complete all work professionally and in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards.

6. Pricing & Payments

• Fuel pricing may fluctuate based on market conditions.

• Equipment and installation pricing will be outlined in written estimates or agreements.

• Payment terms vary by service type.

• Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

All pricing is subject to change unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

7. Equipment Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Installed equipment becomes the property of the customer upon full payment.

• Rental or leased equipment remains the property of Yankee Oil, Inc. or applicable third parties.

• Customers are responsible for protecting installed equipment from damage after installation.

8. Maintenance & Service Agreements

Customers enrolled in maintenance or service plans agree to the specific terms outlined in their individual agreements. Service plans may include limitations, exclusions, and scheduled maintenance requirements.

9. Safety & Liability

Fuel systems, HVAC equipment, oil tanks, and propane systems must be installed and maintained properly to operate safely.

Yankee Oil, Inc. is not responsible for:

• Damage resulting from unauthorized third-party modifications

• Issues caused by lack of maintenance outside agreed services

• Damage resulting from customer misuse

• Indirect or consequential damages

While we follow professional standards, we cannot guarantee performance outcomes beyond manufacturer specifications and proper system operation.

10. Third-Party Equipment & Manufacturers

Some services involve third-party products and equipment. We are not responsible for:

• Manufacturer defects

• Warranty limitations

• Delays in parts availability

• Changes in manufacturer specifications

Manufacturer warranties apply according to their respective terms.

11. Weather & Service Delays

Fuel deliveries and service appointments may be affected by:

• Severe weather

• Road conditions

• Supply chain disruptions

• Emergency demand situations

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

12. Website Use
